3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

Account Responsibilities:

5. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Orbitrock grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install our Apps on iOS devices that you own or control
• Use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access and use the features and services provided within the Apps

License Restrictions:

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Apps
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Apps
• You may not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
• You may not use our Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You may not transfer the Apps to another person or device without authorization

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some of our Apps may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium features.

Purchase Terms:

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

Subscription Management:

• You can cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Upon Termination:

• You must uninstall the Apps from your devices

You may stop using our Apps at any time by uninstalling them from your device and cancelling any active subscriptions.
