What happens if I use all 50 Pro downloads in a month?
Your Pro 50 downloads reset automatically at the start of each calendar month.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves roughly 20% compared with paying monthly. Switch any time from the billing portal in your account dashboard — Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, any time from your account dashboard's billing portal, handled securely through Stripe. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
