Getting started

What is Orbitrock?

A subscription marketplace for ready-to-use datasets — clean files with documented columns, built for AI projects, research and business analytics.

Do I need an account to browse?

No. Anyone can explore the catalogue and view a dataset's free sample rows. You only need an account to subscribe and download the full file.

What formats do datasets come in?

Every dataset is available as both an XLSX workbook and a CSV file, downloaded separately so you can pick whichever fits your tool.

Data & downloads

Can I see a dataset before I subscribe?

Yes. Every dataset page shows a real sample of the first rows for free. The remaining rows unlock once you have an active subscription at or above that dataset's tier.

How many datasets can I download?

It depends on your plan. Free gives you access to our free datasets only. Pro 50 includes up to 50 dataset downloads a month across anything at or below the Pro tier. Unlimited removes the monthly cap entirely.

What happens if I cancel my plan?

You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, datasets above the Free tier lock again — you'll still see the free sample, but need an active plan to download the full file. Nothing you already downloaded is affected.

I think a dataset has an error — what do I do?

Email support@orbitrock.com with the dataset name and the row(s) in question, and we'll take a look.

Billing & your plan

How do I cancel my plan?

Open your account dashboard and use the billing portal — it's handled securely through Stripe, so you can cancel any time.

Is my payment information stored on Orbitrock's servers?

No. Checkout and billing happen entirely on Stripe's hosted pages — we never see or store your card details. See our Privacy Policy for what we do store.

Do you offer refunds?

Subscriptions bill in advance and aren't refunded for partial periods, but you can cancel any time to stop future billing. If something's gone wrong on our end, email us and we'll sort it out.
